An artist talk given at the Harrison College House rooftop Sky Lounge, Upenn. on March 1st, an art show and talk presented the concept behind WHYSEEART drawing in the audience of performance artists.
My campaign for comp-tickets shares my passion, and designs a model for being in the audience.
A guide and translation of myth and ritual with Kun-Yang Lin and Dancers in 2026 presented the graphic art form of Live sketching in collaboration with this dance company, A long standing partnership from 2016- 2026. the most encouragement from any company in Philadelphia came from drawing with Kun-Yang Lin/dancers.
My research looks into philosophy, sociology, and phenomenology.

A New Lens for New Audiences
In collaboration for marketing and advertising described as a public art project. The goal of outreach to bring site specific art to a civic space where new audiences engage with the purpose of the performing arts. A call to everyone as the viewer, the critic, and the passerby. They all take part in the creation of every performance.

Audience Reviews
The show sketches from the audience to render visuals motivated by the choreography. They investigate the themes interested in the movement. My observations, The Little Prince adapted to ballet characterized, in-and-outs about the imagination surrounding the boy from Asteroid B12. The most meaningful moments give in to a more obscure translation of transformation between moral and symbolism in the dance. For the story, as the adventure takes place in the imagination of the ensemble dancing with puzzle pieces – the plane crash, the garden of roses on Earth, and emphasis on the meaning of the box- the sheep.
The drawings bring forth a new reading of the story. A ballet, the Little Prince, enters the Pilot, and the Snake making an illustrative of sense of mystery, a certain characterization for each dancer. The making of this dance challenged to capture in it, a world of dances in the story of The Little Prince.

WHYSEEART.
Choreography by Barcelona-based Cayetano Soto in 2018, was unforgettable for its use of tricycles, illuminating ticker signs. The dancers wearing kilts riding tricycles in a dance context, for Ballet X since 2016 celebrates its 10th Anniversary Season with some incredible storytelling through choreographic works of notable artists.
